The sourdough has the best crust I've found at any market. We buy two loaves every week now.
Warm, blistered crust and a real tang. The focaccia didn't make it home, we ate it in the car.
Everything from Hollow Oak is wonderful. The galette sells out fast though, wish I could pre-order.
